Job title: Head of Digital & Performance Marketing
Location: Remote OR Haysto Norwich Office
Reporting to: Chief Creative Officer and Chief Commercial Officer
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate marketing professional responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategies and multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
Our ideal candidate would have proven expertise in managing and growing marketing teams for ambitious high growth companies. You’ll work closely with both the Chief Creative and Brand Officer and Chief Commercial Officer to ensure that every step of the funnel is performing to its potential and in line with our growth strategy.
Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising processes is a key part of this role, so we’re looking for someone with a data-driven, strategic mind but who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and getting “stuck in” when needed.
5+ years experience managing and scaling a marketing team.
Experience working in regulated markets.
Experience developing and optimising large-scale B2C campaigns through digital marketing channels.
Analytical, quantitative and strategic mindset with expert understanding of digital marketing strategies, while enjoying working cross-functionally with other teams and agencies.
Experience leading, recruiting, mentoring, and scaling marketing departments.
Experience managing and planning large campaigns, projects, and budgets.
Expert knowledge of GA and industry tools.
Action-oriented, with an understanding that goals and KPIs help a company deliver effectively and achieve potential.
Not content standing still - someone who’s continuously looking to improve and grow.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, can clearly articulate and express ideas and strategies to a wide variety of people and groups at any level.
Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative.
Managing, growing and recruiting a team of marketing specialists with the ability to deliver on Haysto’s ambitions.
Designing, managing and executing multi-channel user acquisition campaigns.
Working closely with Product, Brand, and Creative teams in-house and agency side to ensure all decisions are data-driven and centred around genuine insights.
Identifying and defining our audience, ensuring they’re at the heart of everything we do.
Ensuring tracking, analysis and reporting is effective and optimised across the entire DTC funnel.
Responsibility for the budget and return on investment analysis to assess the strongest opportunities in line with Haysto’s strategies.
Managing budget, testing and performance evaluation across Creative, PPC and SEO to drive and improve results.
Working with sales and development/product teams to ensure user experience is as optimised and frictionless as possible.
Identifying tests and funnelling improvements to improve acquisition / conversion rates at each step of the user experience.
Managing deliverables, reporting campaign performance, and communicating expectations with the team and stakeholders.
Managing and reporting on key metrics related to acquisition, channel performance and channel growth.
Managing agency accountability across key metrics and internal resources in line with Haysto’s commercial objectives.
