Compensation: £26,000 During 16-Week Training Programme, Rising to £30,000 Once Fully Qualified with a Realistic OTE of £75,000 From 18 Months Onwards
We’ve grown from 0 to approximately 100 team members in three years. We’re now investing further into our Trainee Mortgage Advisor Programme with an aim to hire, train and progress 20 inexperienced candidates to become Competent Mortgage Advisors per year.
Target candidates: Ambitious individuals with a strong customer service and sales background, looking to forge a long-term career in the mortgage industry.

You’re highly organised, with a sharp eye on the clock and know how to get things done - we move at speed and need everyone to keep up.
You’re tech-savvy and confident with digital tools; you know your way around a computer and can pick up new systems fast.
You embrace change, continuously looking for ways to improve and do things better.
At Haysto, we’ve created a working environment and structure designed to help you thrive as a Mortgage Advisor. This is primarily an online and telephone-based role, and to hit your OTE, you’ll need to submit more than 15 mortgage applications each month.
To support you in your role, you can rely on our dedicated Sales Consultants to carry out all the work involved with initially contacting and pre-qualifying customers and securing appointments for our Mortgage Advisors. We also have separate teams responsible for managing the progress of mortgage applications post-submission and handling customers' insurance requirements.
This means all your skills and experience can focus solely on offering the right advice and industry-leading customer service standards, allowing you the freedom and opportunity to perform at your very best.
During the first 16 weeks of training, a basic salary equivalent to £26,000 per annum.
From month 4 to month 9, a basic salary plus guaranteed commission equivalent to £30,000.
From month 10 to month 12, a basic salary plus guaranteed commission equivalent to £32,500.
From month 13 to month 18, a basic salary plus guaranteed commission equivalent to £35,000.
From month 18 onwards, a basic salary of £30,000 plus unlimited commission with realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of £75,000+.
Full financial support for CF1 and CF6 qualifications.
All study materials will be provided.
All exam entry costs are covered.

During the 16-week training period, the working hours will be:
9.00 am-6.00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am-5.00 pm on Friday.
You will need to be available for the whole 16 weeks of training with zero planned holidays to be considered.
Post-training working hours:
Once your training is completed, you will be required to work patterns covering a mix of 9.00 am-6.00 pm and 11.00 am-8.00 pm, Monday to Thursday.
No weekend working is required.
Holidays During Training: You will need to be available for the whole 16 weeks of training with zero planned holidays to be considered during this period.
